1. Program description
ROOFX Roofing (ROOFX Inc, 2121 Marydale Ave, Williamsport, PA 17701) sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who have provided their mobile number and agreed to receive texts. Messages include appointment confirmations and reminders, technician on-the-way notices, estimate and invoice links, job and warranty updates, review requests, and two-way conversations with our office. Promotional messages are sent only to customers who have separately opted in to receive them.
2. How you opt in
You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the consent box in our online scheduler or website form, by telling a ROOFX team member you agree to receive texts, or by texting us first.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your appointments and requests.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
5. Opt out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. After you send STOP, we will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts unless you opt in again.
